Host private meetings and small events at WVC Nashville in dedicated affiliate spaces away from the show floor. Located within the Omni Hotel and subject to approval, these spaces offer a focused way to connect.



 

Important Dates
• 03/02/2026: Fully paid 2025 Sapphire & Platinum Sponsors will receive first right to reserve available space.
• 03/23/2026: Remaining space is open to all requests. Requests will be accepted and processed on a first come, first serve basis until all space is sold or 6/30/2026.
• 7/10/2026: Final day to have your details and arrangements made for food and beverage and audio visual.
