In our inaugural year (2025) of launching the WVC Vegas Premium Pass, we surveyed WVC Vegas Premium Pass participants about their experience. Several responses included the request for an option that does not include hotel accommodations, providing more flexibility, choice and a less expensive option.

All benefits associated with a WVC Vegas Premium Pass are canceled including hotel accommodations. Should participants who refund their WVC Vegas Premium Pass and later decide to attend WVC, they must purchase a new registration, WVC Vegas Premium Pass or otherwise.

Upon WVC Vegas Premium Pass registration, Viticus Group will handle hotel reservations for each Premium Pass participant and each participant will receive an individual confirmation number. Hotel accommodations included are based on double occupancy and only at W Las Vegas with check-in on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026 and check-out on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026; additional hotel nights are at the expense and arrangement of WVC Vegas Premium Pass participant; no exceptions. A credit card will need to be provided during check-in for any incidental charges and additional nights. WVC Vegas Premium Pass quantities are available for a limited time in a limited quantity; end date to be determined at Viticus Group discretion.

WVC Vegas Premium Passes must be purchased individually through an individual MyViticus account.

Each WVC Vegas Premium Pass participant will be assigned a hotel room regardless of utilization. If your guest does not need the W Las Vegas hotel room, purchase the option without hotel included.

Yes. Without your badge, you will be denied the benefits that your WVC Vegas Premium Pass provides.

No, you must be present to pick up your own conference materials.

You must be wearing your WVC Vegas Premium Pass badge to access your meals and coffee. They are provided in the WVC Vegas Hospitality Lounge on Level 2 of Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Room Lagoon F. Breakfast is provided from 6:30 to 9:00a and lunch is provided from 11:30a to 2:00p.

The WVC Vegas President’s Reception is an annual, invitation-only prestigious event hosted by the Viticus Group Board President. It is typically on Monday evening located at the Four Seasons Hotel and is an exclusive event for Viticus Group VIPs and WVC Vegas Premium Pass participants. Business formal or cocktail attire is recommended.

WVC Vegas Premium Pass participants will have a different colored lanyard for their badge and must be wearing their badge at all times when attending any WVC-related events, sessions and/or labs.

Each education session will have a limited amount of seats reserved at the front and center for WVC Vegas Premium Pass participants. Priority seating will be reserved for WVC Vegas Premium Pass participants until the start time of each session or event; if there are any priority seats empty at session or event start time, those seats will be released to general participants and are no longer reserved for WVC Vegas Premium Pass participants. WVC Vegas Premium Pass participants must be wearing their badge at all times when attending any WVC-related events, sessions and/or labs.
