General Information & Eligibility

What are WVC Corporate Group Registration Packages?

These are exclusive bulk registration packages offered by Viticus Group for corporate entities to purchase discounted passes for their large-scale (50 or more in specific increments) veterinary teams to attend WVC Vegas and/or WVC Nashville.

Who is eligible to purchase these packages?

These packages are exclusively available to Veterinary Corporate Groups only.

How are these packages different from VIP passes my company may have received in the past?

The Corporate Group Packages are general registration packages purchased directly by the company to distribute redeemable codes to team members—unlike VIP passes, they are not intended for clients, customers, or other external parties.

Do the passes have to be used by team members from the same corporate group?

Yes.

Can I buy group pricing and share the passes with colleagues outside my company?

No. All Corporate Group Packages must be redeemed within the purchasing company for the same conference.

What happens if I try to share the group pricing code with those outside my corporate group?

Promo codes will not work for unassociated participants.

Purchasing & Application Process

How do I purchase a WVC Corporate Group Package?

Visit the Viticus Group Corporate Group Pricing Packages page. Complete the online application form, and the WVC Registration team will contact you with next steps.

Is a completed form required to purchase?

Yes. A Corporate Group administrator must complete the application, accept full terms and conditions, and be approved by Viticus Group prior to purchase.

Usage & Redemption

Can I mix and match registrations between WVC Vegas and WVC Nashville with one package?

No. Packages apply only to the specific location you purchase—Vegas or Nashville—not both.

How will I know if my allotted registration passes have been redeemed?

Your Corporate Group administrator will have access to a dashboard showing pass status.

What is the deadline for using the purchased passes?

All passes must be redeemed at least 30 days before the conference date.

What happens if we don’t use all allotted registration passes by the deadline?

Unused passes expire after the 30-day‐prior cutoff, and no refunds will be provided.

Refunds & Cancellations

Are WVC Corporate Group Pricing Packages refundable?

No. All package purchases are nonrefundable and noncancellable, in full or in part.

Can I be partially refunded if I don’t use all allotted passes?

No. Packages and associated passes are nonrefundable under any circumstances.

What if I register individually and my company later buys a group package—can I get a refund?

Individual registrants may be eligible for a refund under our standard policy. See ViticusGroup.org/Legal for details.

Conference Specifics

Is WVC Nashville registration open for corporate group pricing now? If not, when will it be available?

No. WVC Nashville 2026 registration will open on a date to be announced.

What are the dates for WVC Vegas 2026 and WVC Nashville 2026?

WVC Vegas: Feb. 15–18, 2026
WVC Nashville: Aug. 15–18, 2026
