Make the most out of your WVC Experience

Tips and Resources for the 95th WVC Annual Conference

Before the Conference

Before you land and check in to your hotel, we recommend you come up with an action plan.

For example, it might be helpful to consider what you or your practice needs to get out of the conference. If you're arriving with a group of veterinary professionals, have a meeting before and set focus points for everyone.

There are over 900+ education hours to explore, so we highly recommend you download the WVC Connect app.

The app allows you to organize your schedule and favorite sessions you're interested in. Important note: 'favoriting' a session /event is NOT an RSVP. You must log in to your account to RSVP.

Not only can you stay on top of all that's going on at WVC, but the app also allows you to connect with attendees from across the globe.

If need to book your hotel and/or flight, we recommend you visit our travel page here, as our hotel partner OnPeak provides the lowest rates available for WVC participants.

Please note that Viticus Group does provide limited transportation. To view the shuttle schedule, please click link below.
